Step 2: After You Sign Your Contract

Now that you have signed your contract, there are a couple of things that happen next...

If you are buying a move-in ready home...

The next step is the Final Walkthrough and Closing. Your Superintendent will reach out to you to schedule a Final Walkthrough. We typically like to schedule this walkthrough within 2-3 weeks of the closing date.

If you are designing your own or doing a 100% Custom...

The next step is the Design Session. One of our Designers, Kellie or Ryhan, will reach out to you shortly to schedule your session. Typically, we reach out within 5-10 business days of signing your contract.
